Almond Butter Balls Recipe

Bite-sized, healthy snack drops. Cream cheese in the center could be good, too?

Ingredients
  • 1
    cups
    butter, no salt
  • 1/2
    cups
    honey
  • 1/2
    cups
    chopped almonds
  • 1/2
    tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 3/4
    cups
    flour, sifted
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; work in vanilla, flour and nuts.

Shape into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool roll in powdered sugar.
