Pasta with lemon olive oil Recipe

    lemon juice
  • 1/2

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1
    large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2

    Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2
    tbsp
    fresh chopped thyme or basil
  • 1
    pinch
    salt
  • 1
    pinch
    freshly coarse ground black pepper
  • 1
    lb
    favorite pasta
Instructions
You can used a lemon olive oil or add the lemon: Zest or grate the lemon and combine with the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, olives, thyme, and the salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl. Toss the hot cooked pasta with the sauce.
