Parsley Sauce Recipe

    tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1
    tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4
    tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 3/4
    cups
    fresh Italian parsley leaves
  • 1
    tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    pinch
    salt
  • 1
    pinch
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4
    tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4
    cups
    chopped fresh basil
  • 2
    tbsp
    chicken broth
Instructions
In a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, vinegar, basil and fish broth and puree. Transfer to a bowl.
