Bell Pepper Salad Recipe

    bell pepper, diced

    cucumber, diced
  • 1/4
    onion, diced
  • 1/2

    parsley flakes
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed

    olive oil

    red wine vinegar

    salt

    ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix vegetables dry in a bowl, then mix in the oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
