Zucchini and Onion Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

4cupszucchini, grated lengthwise

1cupsonions, sliced in thin rings

2tbspfinely minced garlic

2tbspfinely minced fresh tarragon

1/2cupschicken broth

1pinchsalt

1pinchfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a nonstick skillet, combine the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, and cook over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini wilts and begins to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
