Zucchini and Onion Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4
    cups
    zucchini, grated lengthwise
  • 1
    cups
    onions, sliced in thin rings
  • 2
    tbsp
    finely minced garlic
  • 2
    tbsp
    finely minced fresh tarragon
  • 1/2
    cups
    chicken broth
  • 1
    pinch
    salt
  • 1
    pinch
    freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a nonstick skillet, combine the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, and cook over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini wilts and begins to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
