Easy Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

1/8cupsbell pepper (green or red)

1/8cupsbacon (diced)

1/8cupstomato (diced)

1cupsshredded mozarella cheese

2eggs
-
1tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Chop vegetables and break up or chop the bacon. Crack the eggs, whisk or beat and combine all of the ingredients to taste. Pour into a skillet (preheated on med-high, then oiled) in an even layer and let cook until almost all of the liquid has hardened. Carefully flip with a spatula to let the other side finish cooking. Enjoy!
